A special day!

Today I celebrated my 69th birthday and I’ve had a wonderful day. Family and friends came this afternoon and tonight we had a family meal out. Yesterday was my sister in law’s birthday so it’s been a weekend of celebrations! My mum was ok but not up to coming to our home this afternoon so we spent time with her. I remain so grateful to have her as my Mum for 69 years. Her love for me is so special as is mine for her. Thank you Mum for giving birth to me and showing me how to live my life by example and for all the love you’ve given and still give! I’m also grateful to my dear Dad too who passed away 9 years ago.
