Autumn on the Balcony II

The rest of the day and well into the evening was spent preparing for an online assessment of a f2f course tomorrow.  Trainee teacher portfolios which weren't up-to-date, written assignments and teaching practice feedback documents were missing and the document where they have to record their progress was way behind.  All this added to an already tedious job and it was a frustrating day. The assessment is tomorrow and so I'll observe f2f lessons online and then the feedback,. Because things weren't up-to-date, it means more work for me when their course finishes at the end of next week. It's not just frustrating for me, but I worry that the trainee teachers aren't getting their lesson feedback in good enough time to action their action points in subsequent lessons.  What a way to spend a Sunday.
