Late evening; Fort Augustus

Spoke to my niece in Glasgow who is currently struggling with her health.  Sadly she has had to suspend her research on her PhD.  Then spoke to my Mum who asked if we have good conditions for sailing.

The day was redeemed by a visit to a bookshop that was selling a superb selection of books and not the orthodoxy.  It was a joy to support it.  I remembered Fort William from a 1968 visit.  Today was a shock.
