Let’s get ready to…

…rumble!

Well not quite, let’s get ready for the darker days of autumn.

Electric Eric, like all Bromptons, has terrible lights especially at the back because they are so low down. In the darker months I supplement the rear light with this and the front with another bigger Exposure. These haven’t been used for a while, so today they’ve been all charged up from their summer slumber ready to rock n’ roll again. 

Apart from that a steady day and a restful afternoon reading my way through the pile of books [see extra]. The top one is a new one from The Lighthouse Bookshop in Edinburgh when I visited on my hols a few weeks ago. It was one of their recommended books. Not started yet but looking forward to.

And in the blurry background of the main pic you can see my cycling gloves drying on the radiator; washed today as they were needed in the week. Autumn is most definitely upon us.
