Unusually I wasn't feeling like I wanted to head off to parkrun today.

Bob needed a drive though so we headed to Kesgrave to grab a missing letter from my parkrun alphabet.

The sun was shining and it felt like Autumn.

It wasn't that interesting on the course but the volunteers were friendly and there was a little truck selling coffee when I finished.

Arrived home to a delivery of the second issue of parkrun magazine.
