Comfort Food

The cold, windy, rain began before dawn and has continued all day.  The rain is coming down softly so no threat of flooding but its a day when one is forced to remain indoors.
     Then, at supper time, the warmth of homemade vegetable soup and fresh baked bread filled the house and my soul.

Just wonderful!
