Park Run Briefing

Chris & Tess we’re listening intently to the regular briefing before this morning’s Park Run. It was Chris’s last run in his current age category as he has a big birthday tomorrow. Rather liked the long shadows. Notice the chap in the centurion outfit. He was running his 100th Park Run, obviously! He overtone 10 yards before the finish.

Put a beef and pumpkin curry together when we got back then spent the afternoon getting back to painting the bedroom walls. 

Yeovil managed to slip to a 1-0 loss at Southend. Didn’t help having a player sent off after 17 minutes.
