Guided walk

I went on a guided historical walk of my local area today with the proceeds going to Macmillan Cancer Support. It was a very interesting walk and I found out things I didn’t know about my local area. I had no idea the Film director Ken Russell was born here or that my neighbour’s house was the home of 2 people who worked and perished on the Titanic. It was worth getting footsore for!
