TSM chose new specs today. We spent a while in Vision Express; it’s not something to be hurried. 

Had a lazy morning in bed doing crosswords, eating toast and drinking tea. Yesterday’s whisky tasting was hard work and very tiring, so a gentle start was needed.

Went to the vegan fare and had a rather fab hot dog. 

The Dizzle picked me up so that I could get the car from his place. 

Cleaned out some kitchen cupboards and got TGR’s room ready for Monday. She flies in from Vancouver just after one o’clock. 

Watched Hairspray in the evening. Love that film. 

Not a bad day-after-the-day-before …
