Funny kind of day, a trip to B&Q for plasterboard, Pop into Tesco for some eclairs to take to Jodie's when we called in for a cuppa. We haven't seen the boys in ages, they've had various illnesses. Franky was away (his first sleep away) on a camping trip with the Beavers.

We've been watching the series, and bought Jamie Oliver's 'Simple one - Pan Wonders' book. I did one of his recipes tonight. What I'd like to know is how come his shop bought pastry rose beautifully, and mine didn't? Probably because I'm cooking on a basic mini oven at the moment, she says trying to justify herself!
