There are 2 things that amuse me here and annoy a lot at the same time, time to off-load. One of them is stamp duty. The state gets paid for every single piece of paper anybody produces, registers or even only amends previously registered one. To calculate the amount you have to get a degree in radiculous calculations and misterious records. This is sto be abolished from 1st July!!!! Obviously I keep my fingers crossed for this reform to happen at all times, otherwise I'll never feel I can do my job.
Second thing is the tax system or the inheritance of some previous laws - trusts., I think I'll have to live with them for a long time. Everybody has a trust, or two. One man band builder/developer produces 5 sets of accounts (trusts, companies and individual). How can you (I) make heads or tails out of it? What a shame this a no through road.
