We had a look through this lovely modern house this morning. It is situated about a km from where we live, meaning that we have walked past it and driven past it many times. We also looked through it when it was on the market about 4 years ago. It was built in 2010 and still looks like new.

The asking price is 1.5 million. No we are not thinking of moving.
