Thick fog early this morning meant that the spiders webs looked beautifully bejeweled. 
The fog lifted mid morning and the rain forecast for 5pm arrived a little earlier.   In the meantime I was able to cut both copper beech hedges and rake up most of the cuttings, the rest will be picked up when they are dry.
