Rampant

What I really like about the flat is that it looks out onto a bank of green, and some beautiful eucalypts, which are on the light rail embankment.
Unfortunately, it seems to be overrun with lantana, which is strangling everything.
I say 'seems' because it's not possible to enter the land.
Looks like quite a job.
I assume it's owned by StateRail, but I'll have to check.
Then it's a letter from a grumpy old woman, with signatures from the rest of the residents.
