“Naked Ladies”

Colchicum, autumn crocus or ‘naked ladies’.  So called I think because the flowers appear with no leaves.
Had a long postponed visit to see some friends in their ‘new’ house for tea today, they’ve been there 3 years!  A lovely family with two great teenage daughters, so nice to spend a bit of time with them.
