It Worked......!!!

I worked up the courage and for the first time chanced baking a cake in my Airfryer......I didn’t really believe it would work...but there’s the evidence in my photo...a very nice Lemon Curd Cake....we’ve eaten some and it is delicious..
I’m impressed....it did take a lot longer than the recipes were saying...but I just persevered til it was cooked through..!!
I may well do it again...I used a cake tin but it is possible to cook directly in the airfryer pan...!
Anyone have any ‘gems of wisdom’ about cooking in the fryers..!!??
