Late arrival

Went to our summerhouse tonight. We stopped at a gallery near by, where we were invited to listen to one of Norway’s most popular painter being interviewed about his life and work. We enjoyed seeing his paintings. Friends of us, who happens to be parents-in-law to the painter, invited us to the evening. The restaurant at the gallery, where we also got a nice meal, was fully booked. A very interesting evening. Thus a late arrival in the darkness at our summerhouse.
