Salts

I haven't picked up my recorder for weeks for various reasons so today I walked to Saltaire to meet up with my tutor F for coffee and cake and rediscover my recorder mojo.  We walked up to the Italian Cafe and I can recommend their completely yummy Cappucino Torte.  Before heading home, F gave me a tour of her allotment where we came across an interloper looking for something to peck, a male pheasant.  No idea how he will have arrived there with a canal, river and railway line between him and the moor.

Back home and nine miles under my walking boots, I had a bit of a rest before making some lunch.  F must have been channelling because then I went upstairs and did an hour's practice, feeling much better that I wasn't back at stage 1!  Since then I have been in and out of the kitchen door putting out the washing and taking it in as a series of sharp showers went through.

My blip is recognisable as the Salt's Mill Tower.
