Through a glass, darkly

The abstract Thursday theme set by Ingeborg is 'Filters'.  Coincidentally, I have today taken delivery of a new filter for my camera but as it is simply an AV filter, it isn't going to create any abstract effects.  Instead, I noticed the light being distorted through a glass of water and thought that could work as a filtered shot.  And the background?  One of the opening scenes of the film 'Zulu'; I rather think it is too distorted to worry about any copyright issues!
