Fungi in the woods

The rain stopped in time for Ailie and me to have a walk through the woods and round the moor. It was lovely to be up there again though I didn’t really take a lot in - we had a lot of catching up to do!

So much so that she stayed for lunch after the walk and left for an appointment at 2.30.

When I was out Shona had arrived with a play for me to read by tomorrow for the Australian literature course. It’s called Our Country’s Good by Timberlake Wertenbaker which is totally new to me. Of course I won’t get much of it read by tomorrow but hopefully I’ll get a flavour of it.

Is that a chanterelle bottom left of the collage?
