M and me had a lovely time at Niche, the patisserie in Oswestry with very yummie pastries…..we took a treat for P who is quite poorly….

Later in the day i went back to Sainsbury to do my weekend foodshop, seeing that tomorrow really bad rain and wind is forecast…..

last night i felt like a bit of felting which i haven’t done all year…..the acorns i made last year, but the squash was started last night, it needs some finishing touches….

i have sent an email to the surgery physio telling them that the exercises seem to worsen my shoulder and back pains……..

dinner will be homemade leek and potato soup with roquefort….
