Blue+,and+white Swallow

A couple of them in the morning. Too hot, no rain.
Even without sling I am stiil keeping the left arm closer to the body, it is still too weak. As i will have to wait more 2 weeks tô start physiotheraphy, i don',t want to take any risk...
