Late Summer Blooms

It has been a bad summer for the garden as a result of the extreme heat and drought. But some of the summer flowers are making a last minute come back. 

I love the shadows caused by the low evening sun in this and, in the extra, the lupin leaves were looking beautiful in the early morning light after some rain.
