... do you remember that song by Billy Ocean ( I can't stop singing it now) J felt well enough to go to M & S to do the food shop, so all good, and he has taken the last of the course of tablets he was given by the doc. I bought a bright pink gym top,  ( in the sale) so I will wear that tomorrow. Looking forward to watching The repair Shop tonight, and then Doc Martin.
