Another day of disorientation. I'll get back to normal soon, I'm sure. Jet lag is a pain!

The weather has definitely been on the cool side today, with a bit of rain. 

I did some phone calls with clients and then took Little Miss to a doctor's appointment. Then some weeding in the front garden and off to my osteopath appointment (she's asked me to get an ultrasound and X-ray on my shoulder, which still isn't getting any better).

Then, MrB and I took Abe for a walk and we dropped my car off at the mechanics so that they can fix what ails it tomorrow.

Veggie chill for dinner and an early night. We've got some dog training to do tomorrow morning.
