Wires Plus Plus ...

... passed in Cardiff this morning on the way to the station, from whence we took a train to London Paddington. From there we changed to the Heathrow Express train which goes to  Heathrow Airport's Terminals 2/3 in 15 minutes,  There we are staying at yet another Holiday Inn in preparation for our flight to Boston tomorrow.  

Our fourth floor room looks east over the airport, with superb views of approaching planes from their first appearance as tiny dots almost to the end of the nearest runway. I don't recall ever having such a good overview. We had an excellent dinner in the hotel's extensive and well-decorated dining area.
