New toaster

Rivetting photo I know!
Our older toaster broke yesterday (a piece snapped off) so we invested in a new one today. 
I thought we'd probably had the older one 3 to 4 years but when I checked it was 6.5 years so i think we had our money's worth.
Extra photo is proof of autumn here - although it only seems to be in the avenue we live in and on our property!
Had to have a review on my ear today as still playing up and the doc thinks it should settle down, which is reassuring.
