Sun and clouds

Yesterday evening I sent a message to the sports' physio and got a phone call at lunchtime offering an appointment at 3pm, needless to say I took it. They gave a thorough check, some treatment and more exercises to do with another appointment in 2 weeks - at a cost, of course.
Earlier I'd been to the fitness class, mostly upper body today, done a bit of shopping and been for a walk in the woods via the horses' fields. There was a chilly breeze but the sun was nice.
Zoom prayer meeting soon so getting the blip done early.
