Hazel

Plenty of nuts for Squirrels on this small Hazel tree which is also beginning to turn much earlier than normal. Possibly the cause  was the long dry spell although the tree is not that far from the river. Heavy rain set in late this afternoon which vindicated my decision to take an early walk in the drizzle.
