Photo day

Well it was nursery photograph day today and I had to persuade Harp to wear a dress. She's got loads of pretty dresses and would rather wear leggings and a sweater. She takes after me. I said I would pack her usual clothes in a bag to change after her picture was taken. We didn't buy last years photos as the photographer wasn't great but this year we will as its her last year at nursery.

Mr R has had a meeting in Edinburgh and has not long drove to Glasgow to see his folks. Grandad is first on the operating list tomorrow,  I'm hoping that it's a success this time. He's had hardly any sight for months and at the moment he practically has no sight as his other retina is detached too.

Thankfully I checked the bike trailer and my bike before I went to pick up Harp. It had a puncture.  I couldn't get the wheel back on the rim so had to take the buggy and Harps bike for her to cycle home. She ended up sitting in the double buggy and hardly cycled.  My shoulder is agony.

The boys have had a good day. Lincoln is tired so everything is a issue to him. They gpt a lift home from their friends mum . I really need to learn to drive . Nana and grandad normally do school pickup. They like to feel useful and busy.

When I look at photos of me with the wildlings I can see that I'm getting crows feet and I have 2 grey hairs that are poking out. I'm going to be brave and let them grow I'm. I haven't dyed my hair in a few years,  we will see how the grey develops.

It's my mums birthday on Friday and she is so difficult to buy for, she always says she doesn't want anything so yesterday when we were talking I sent her some photos of the cheaper version of 'oodies ' and she chose one. The real make are so expensive,  I'm going to order one for Joan for her Christmas. She's a cold tattie and doesn't want to use her heating with the expense of it. So a oodie will be good for her.
