Watching The Clock

Kate & Sophie called in after Sophie’s swimming lesson as her costume had got a bit tight for her and they needed to get a new one from the Village.

They stopped for lunch then. Chris joined us for a kick about in the park. Kate was demonstrating her ball skills when she managed to stand on the ball and twist her ankle badly. She just about managed to limp back from the park but was in some pain so I took the to the Minor Injuries Unit at Glastonbury hospital where the doctor decided she’d just done some ligament damage; time and the support of crutches for a few days seems to be the cure.

We spent a fair bit of time watching this piece of art work and the clock below it while we waited for her to be seen. Unfortunately, I didn’t get close enough to it to be able to credit the artist.
