Pond

After a full working day while R was entertaining her sister for her birthday, I decided to go for a walk. The farm next to us has cut down large areas of hedgerow but left the stumps in place - I was trying to fathom why they had done that, without much success. I carried on and reached the pond in Nobody’s Wood, which looked very green in the evening light. Felt better for having managed to get out.
