Shadow at the door

There's a reason why I have my sliding doors positioned by lengths of wood in the runners.

Shadow.

While he's not athletically built like Jasper, he has the smarts and strength to pull the door open.

If the doors are wide open at some stage I'll look up from my computer and find I have a visitor.

Today's gratitude: I have two today. For the promise of a trip to the hills tomorrow (my Monday day off is tomorrow instead). And for no wind after that awful bitter wind of the past couple of days.
