a rich source of food for many insects, birds and mammals too I see. Part of the traditional mixed hedge that our PC (parish council) are so keen to replace with a uniform hornbeam, of far less wildlife value.


Village Green / Collies
Started pulling together our case for community led and more natural evolution of Collies part of The Green, in readiness for the PC / Villager "open" meeting on Wednesday. 

Pleased to receive Nottinghamshire Wildlife's Trust very helpful and detailed report, following their visit a week ago.
