Happy Birthday Mark!

The decision was unanimous amongst our little family group, myself, my daughter and her boyfriend Mark, that we should have a pie instead of cake to celebrate his birthday.  I sought out the Pacific Northwest's best bakery located in Lynden and got this apple pie which was beyond delicious.  Having been more than disappointed by my local market's bakery offerings, it turned out to be a great move and we are still singing the praises of the pie, vowing to get another for the next celebration in the family.
