Red Letter Day

Its been a frustrating day in the US Embassy. To enter the embassy you are allowed no electronic items phones/etc which is fair enough but after having to pay £160 to make the appointment for a specific time i had to wait in a deli style waiting system for 5 hours! Why bother with appointment if thats the way it operates! Most embassies involve waiting but this is hands down the worse system I have ever come across. No information before hand, no mobiles, no leaving. Shockingly bad. Even what would seem the most disorganised embassies in deepest Asia are better than this. Over priced, inconsiderate and poor quality.
