Who are you calling two faced?

Funny old day. I had an unexpceted call from the manager who runs the part of the organization that I have applied to for an internal role. That was good news as it meant I was still in the running. I then received an invite to a call at 4 o'clock this afternoon from one of the people involved in the hiring process. I assumed this was either to tell me I had got the role or to wish me good luck in my search for an alternative position. Either would be ok as at least it would bring to an end a rather long and drawn out process BUT he didn't call and I couldn't get hold of him. Leaves me on tenterhooks for a long weekend which I could do without.

Never mind - a whisky and cheese tasting session in London tomorrow followed by an Italian meal in a restaurant in Oxfod Circus and then the theatre. Plenty of photo opportunities in there as well as distractions from my mini dilemna

Late update - I got a late call and was offered the job which I was only too happy to accept. First team meeting is in Grenoble, France in June. Deep joy :-)
