Red Boxes

Despite our new chancellor having a Phd in economic history I think our cat Dippy could do a better job with the red boxes and produce a budget for the country.
The budget from Kwasi Kwarteng today looks reckless and is at best a massive gamble with all our economic futures.In one go he has made even the second rate line up of the opposition look credible.
