I haven't put a selfie up for ages but needs must when you forget your phone when visiting the nursing home and hoping to get a suitable shot of a willing resident.  I wouldn't take my camera in as it puts the frighteners on people but everyone is used to having a photo with a phone.

And may I say I was particularly proud of Maggy today who was extra snuggly with the residents.
