Wild and Free

I went up the glen today and the weather wasn't all that special. It had been raining all night, but had ceased enough this morning to take a few photos. I managed to take a few photos of Red Deer. This one I particularly like of this Stag. He looked a bit wet with the rain, but inspite of that he still looked proud and Majestic and free. I say that, as on the way up the glen, near the farmland, I saw this field of Red Deer Hind's, all very friendly with ear tags on. I haven't seen a deer farm in the highlands before, but I suppose it makes sense, but it doesn't reduce the price of Venison though. Can't see that happening any day soon. Bit like petrol prices!
