Kayakers

A beautiful autumn day for a walk in Ruckle Park for G and me and for a paddle in the sea for the kayakers from Brentwood College, a private school on Vancouver Island. It's been quite a few weeks since I walked there, and it was really nice that G came along as well. I thought there would be more campers and more walkers on the trails, but it wasn't busy at all. 
Extra:The hay baler parked in the field at Ruckle Park is the exact same as the one we had when we lived up north. I remember stooking the bales, loading them on the wagon, and moving them into the barn. Great memories.
Another tough loss for Kalyn and team last night in Anchorage. They lost the match in four sets:  16-25, 25-21, 23-25, and 21-25.  They were in the last two sets but just couldn't finish. A long trip for them and they'll be tired when they finally get home later tonight.
