Marathon

An early start to pick up our son J and his fiancée. J was running a marathon at Goodwood to gain entry to a ultra next year. Hugely important to him as returning to running from injury. He has taken time out and built up to this level again. It wasn t eay for him today but he did it and we were super-proud to be there for him. A quick celebratory drink on the way home and a cup of tea with our daughter...... Exhausted. Vietnamese takeaway and early night. Zzzz
