Halloween Tapestry

I need a farmer and I need one now!

I went on a dog walk this afternoon and over the railway line where we live was this gloriously autumnal jewelled tapestry of a crop. I have no idea what it is but I can tell you what it isn't which is no help to anyone. Again - I need a farmer with the expertise to tell me.

A busy day doing to do jobs which in themselves have made more jobs to do. How does that work? Glad to see the back of some of the jobs and wishing I had started others which are to do ........  I seem to be racing against time, all the time. 

The crop is quinoa I am informed and according to Wiki it is an annual plant grown for its seeds which are rich in protein, vit B and minerals.
