Beaconsfield

An early departure for our drive south. Very little traffic and it was a good trip with no holdups.

Visited my Dad and gave him a fruit cake I had baked for him. He seemed pleased.  It was very cold in his house but he seemed reluctant to put the heating on, despite reassuring him of the importance of staying warm.

An evening in Beaconsfield and onward tomorrow. Lovely and sunny here.
