Felafel Paratha wrap
This basic recipe was gleaned from the BBC. TV program, Saturday Kitchen.
It is a Syrian dish and I have adapted (cheated?) a little bit by using ingredients in stock rather than make them.
A wrap of Paratha (rather than a flatbread), spread with a red onion, Sumac and pomegranate molasses salad. Topped with falafel and drizzled with a tahini garlic lemon juice dressing.
