The Blue Forest
Lorraine, Richard and Emily arrived last night and we had a lovely dinner and catch up. Although they live in the UK now, Richard still works here in Belgium for part of the week, and Lorraine wanted to have a week over here before Emily starts school in September. So Richard is working today and I took Lorraine and Emily to the Blue Forest - in the 6 years they lived here they never went!
It's known as the Blue Forest because as you can see, it's full of Bluebells, and is an amazing sight. Whilst most forests get patches of Bluebells, this one is covered in them like a carpet.
I had originally planned to blip Emily and Louis today, as they're great friends. I blipped them together when they were last here to visit as you can see here. So although I took lots of other shots in the forest, this is our favourite, and looks great close up.
Anyway, we're now off for lunch with some other friends, and the sun is shining so it'll be lunch outdoors :-)
Hope you're having a good day!
