River vista

Up early to go for a 9km run before timekeeping at Charlton parkrun. There was a distinct autumnal feel, but, even in shorts and short sleeves, I was OK once I got running. Today's blip is the view across to the Isle of Dogs at about 7.15 this morning.

Got my usual coffee and croissants from Brothers Bakery (plus some vegetarian pasties for lunch).

Got some bad news early this evening from a fellow Crewe fan - a mutual friend, Dave, died suddenly today (on his birthday too).
