Wetlands

Furious that my tiny walk yesterday seems to have given me a low level foot pain which meant I decided not to do the park run. In fact after two strong Java lava coffees and a couple of ibuprofen it more or less disappeared. With only a week before the Great Scottish Run I’m not taking any chances. 
It was a glorious morning, cold because the central heating switched itself on, the first time since way back. It seemed a good idea to visit the RSPB reserve at Lochwinnoch; the blip is the view from the one of the hides. Other than a group,of teal it was pretty quiet. The last osprey of the year, probably, visited on 10 September.
