Sheep
A sense of contentment here.
We took an early run to the local recycling centre to get rid of cardboard and other stuff, and picked up a few bits and pieces in Home Bargains and Lidl. After dropping these off, we wandered along the street to pick up tasty things at the pop up for Highland Patissier, enjoyed a coffee and then went to the book festival pop up bookshop at the Royal Hotel, where Mr A purchased a book which has some family resonance for him.
In the afternoon, I drove over to Inver and walked along the shore and back through the fields (blip). Back in Inver, I encountered The Morrich Project in the village hall.
Dinner was some sort of sausage casserole, which I concocted. And now we are listening to Promises, having noted the death of Pharaoh Sanders.
Being here is good for us.
A Tain/Inver miscellany in the extras.
