Paradise in the Mountains

On the way to Nelson I stopped to check out a couple of Shags on the riverbank at the Hope River and spotted this pair and thought they were closer than the very distant shags.

All within a 100yards was a flock of Canadian Geese, 2 Shags and 3 Paradise Ducks.
